24-Hour Cancellation Policy. In order to respect the time and livelihood of our therapists, Bloom Skincare requires a minimum of 24 hours notice (48 hours for groups) to cancel or reschedule services and appointments. Service fees increase to 100% after 3 violations, or when no communication precedes a no-show.

Any late cancellations due to “testing positive for Covid” will require a waiting period of two weeks to rebook, regardless of when you test negative.

Late Policy. If you are late for your appointment, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. But please be advised that your service time may be cut as we do have other clients after you. You will still be responsible for the full price of your original appointment. If you are more that 10 minutes late or if 20% of your appointment time has passed, we will probably be unavailable to accommodate you as other clients are booked after your end time, and a 50 % service fee will be applied.

Children and Minors. We love kids, but unfortunately our space and staff can not adequately accommodate or supervise them. Please make arrangements for childcare offsite so that you and other guests can enjoy your services in peace.

Return Policy. Using proper home care can extend the effects of your facial and help promote healthy skin. If you're not happy with any products* purchased from us, return them at least half full, within 30 days of purchase, and we would be happy to accept them for exchange or credit toward your next service. Products returned empty or after 30 days will not be accepted. *No returns allowed on serums.
